Step by step
The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.
- How to Export All Records from a Table in Loocey
- Exporting your records makes it easy to save, share, or work with your data outside of Loocey whenever you need it.
- For this example, we’ll export data from the Bidding Board, but the same process applies to other tables as well.
- To start, go to the Bidding Board, or open whichever table you’d like to export.
- In the upper-right corner of the table, click the three-dot menu.
- Then, click Export. You’ll see two options.
- Current Page Data is selected by default. This option exports the records displayed on the current page, which is typically 50 records at a time.
- After clicking Export, you can open the exported CSV file on your computer and confirm that it contains the records from the current page.
- If you need to export the entire table, or only a specific range of records, open the export dialog again, select All Data.
- By default, all records are selected. Click Export, and once the export is complete, open the CSV file on your computer to view the exported data.
- If you only need a specific range of records, you can adjust the start and end row numbers to define exactly which records you want to export.
- Once you’ve made your selection, click Export. The CSV file will be saved to your computer, where you can easily access, analyze, or share the data.
- Please note that the All Data export option may not be available for certain tables, such as DLA RFQs.
- The export is now complete. With just a few clicks, you can export the records you need from Loocey and continue working with your data outside the platform.
