Overview
In this video, we learn how to filter RFQs by CMMC requirements in Loocey. We cover how to find solicitations that require CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment or Level 2 C3PAO certification, as well as how to exclude RFQs with CMMC requirements and create a saved view for quick access.
Step by step
The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.
- CMMC is becoming an essential part of DLA and some contracts now require CMMC certification not only for the manufacturers, but for suppliers as well. Currently, we see 3 types of CMMC requirements, Level 1 Self-Assessment, Level 2 Self-Assessment and Level 2 – C3PAO which is a certification based on Third-Party Assessment.
- Hence, it’s important to at least make sure you either qualify for such contracts or we’ll show you how you can filter out solicitations that require CMMCs in Loocey.
- To begin, navigate to the DLA RFQs board.
- Next, click on the Filters option to refine your search.
- Add a new filter and select the CMMC column.
- For condition select “In” and then for values select both Level 2 – Self Assessment and Level 2 C3PAO and hit apply, this will allow us to see which RFQs require these CMMC levels.
- But in our case, let’s see we actually don’t want to work on any RFQs with CMMC requirements.
- In that case, let’s open the Filters again and instead of “In” we’ll select “Is Null” this way it’ll only show us RFQs without any CMMC requirements.
- Click Apply to update the table results.
- As the filters are applied, the table will refresh and display only RFQs without CMMC requirements.
- To save this filtered search for future use, click on the Save As New button.
- Enter a name for your new view—let’s call it “No CMMC RFQs”—then click Save.
- The new view will now appear as a tab, allowing you to quickly access these filtered RFQs anytime.
- When you return to the RFQs list, simply click on the saved view, and Loocey will automatically apply the filter for you.
