Overview
In this video, learn how to search RFQs in Loocey using multiple set-aside filters while excluding those that require technical documents. We walk through navigating to the DLA RFQs board, applying filters for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and using the Tech Docs column to show only RFQs without technical document requirements. You’ll also see how to save your filtered results as a custom view for quick and easy access in the future.
Step by step
The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.
- To begin, navigate to the DLA RFQs board, click DLA app and then DLA RFQs should be already selected as the main table.
- Make sure all RFQs tab is selected.
- Next, click on the Filters option to refine your search.
- Add a new filter and select the Set Aside column.
- For the condition, choose in. This allows you to select one or more options at once.
- Then select both Women-Owned Small Business (W.O.S.B) and Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
- This will show all RFQs that have a set-aside of either Women-Owned or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned.
- Click Apply, and as you scroll to the right, you can confirm the list of RFQs with those set-asides.
- Now, let’s exclude RFQs that require technical documents.
- Click on Filter again and add another filter.
- Select the Tech Docs column and set the value to Unchecked.
- This will only show RFQs where the Tech Docs field is unchecked, meaning no technical documents are required.
- Once the filters are applied, the table will update to display the filtered RFQs.
- To save this search, click on the Save As New button.
- Enter a name for your new view—let’s call it “My Set-Asides”—then click Save.
- The new view will be saved and displayed as a tab, making it easy to access in the future.
- When you return to the RFQs list, you can simply click on that view, and it will automatically apply the filters you previously selected.
