How To Find Prior Awards & Awardee Details in Loocey

Overview

In this video, we'll learn how to find awarded contracts by cage code. This will be helpful to lookup your own awards or even a competitor or incumbent awards.

Step by step

1. How to Find Prior Awards by Cage Codes
2. This is a simple process in Loocey.
3. Simply go to DLA Award History list.
4. Enter the cage code in Search input, for this example, let’s enter: 7Z016
5. Click on Search Columns, deselect all and select cage and click on Search icon to search.
6. You can also see the filtered results, along with awarded company name and website.
7. You can click on the company cage to open up a popup to get other details about the company, including Award Count Total, Award Count Last Year, etc​​.
8. Note that we can also do the search by NSN to see the awards.
9. If you’re more interested on the stats, you can also directly go to Awardee Stats and do the same cage search there, and find the relevant details.
10. let’s go back to Awards History and save our search
11. We can also save this search as a view to speedup our search next time, click on Save As and enter Cage Search as the name and save.
12. Now when you come to this view, you can simply change the cage code entered in the search box and hit enter for your new search
