How to quickly check the Packaging Instructions on the Solicitation/RFQ There are usually 2 main packaging requirements when working with DLA DIBBs contracts, ASTM and Military 2073. In Loocey we can quickly see the Packaging Code of each RFQ. But also, we can read the specific details quickly without opening the PDF contract.

Step by step

1. There are usually two main packaging requirements on DLA DIBBS contracts: ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-2073. In Loocey you can quickly see the packaging code of each RFQ, and read the specific details without opening the PDF contract.
2. Go to RFQs and scroll to the right until you see the Prep For Delivery column.
3. Click on Prep For Delivery. A pop-up shows the packaging details for that specific RFQ, the same requirements as the Prep For Delivery section of the PDF contract.
4. You can also click on the RFQ name to open the right panel, then scroll down to Prep For Delivery to read the details there.
5. This works from the Bidding Board too: copy an RFQ over, click its name to open the right panel, and scroll down to Prep For Delivery to read the details.
