How to Find RFQs by Set Asides WOSB and SDVOSB Without Tech Docs

Overview

This video shows how to search and filter RFQs in Loocey using multiple set-aside criteria while excluding RFQs that require technical documents. You’ll learn how to filter for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) opportunities, exclude RFQs with required technical documents, and save the filtered results as a custom view for quick access in the future.

Step by step

1. To begin, navigate to the DLA RFQs board.
2. Next, click on the Filters option to refine your search.
3. Add a new filter and select the Set Aside column.
4. For the condition, choose In. This allows you to select one or more options at once. Then select both Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
5. This will show all RFQs that have a set-aside of either Women-Owned or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned.
6. Click Apply, and as you scroll to the right, you can confirm the list of RFQs with those set-asides.
7. Now, let’s exclude RFQs that require technical documents.
8. Click on Filters again and add another filter. Select the Tech Docs column and set the value to Unchecked.
9. This will only show RFQs where the Tech Docs field is unchecked, meaning no technical documents are required.
10. Once the filters are applied, the table will update to display the filtered RFQs.
11. To save this search, click on the Save As New button.
12. Enter a name for your new view, let’s call it My Set Asides, then click Save.
13. The new view will be saved and displayed as a tab, making it easy to access in the future.
14. When you return to the RFQs list, you can simply click on that view, and it will automatically apply the filters you previously selected.
