How to Use Advanced Related Data Filters for DLA RFQs in Loocey

Overview

In this video, we’ll learn how to use Loocey’s advanced related data search features on the biding board.

This feature is very useful when you want to search and find items by part number, supplier or even by supplier quote request status.

Step by step

1. This feature is very useful when you want to search the bidding board by part number, supplier, or even supplier quote request status, for example, when you bid on something and forgot which RFQ you put it in.
2. Go to the Bidding Board.
3. Open the Filters dialog and go to the Related Data Filters tab.
4. Click Add Filter and, from the related data list drop-down, select Supplier Quotes, the relationship that best matches this query.
5. For the column, select Part Number.
6. For the condition, leave Equal and enter the part number. You can also change the condition to Contains if you only remember part of it.
7. Hit Apply. The board now shows the RFQ that contains that part number.
8. Open the RFQ in detail view to confirm, you should see the part number you entered in the Supplier Quotes table.
