How to quickly check how many Line Items or CLINS in the RFQ - DLA/DIBS

In this video, we’ll learn how to quickly check the CLIN or Line Item count and details in the RFQ. This is important because when bidding on an RFQ or requesting quotes it should be for all the CLINs or Line Items in the RFQ to avoid making costly mistakes.

Step by step

1. When bidding on an RFQ or requesting quotes, it should cover all the CLINs or line items in the RFQ, missing one can be a costly mistake.
2. Go to DLA RFQs.
3. Scroll to the right until you see the Line Count column, this shows the number of CLINs in each RFQ.
4. For more detail, click on the solicitation number to open the pop-up.
5. You will see each line item in detail, including the PR number, quantity, unit of issue, and other details for each CLIN.
