How to Find RFQs for Set Asides and without Tech Docs - DLA/DIBBS

Overview

In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to search in Loocey by multiple Set-Asides and exclude RFQs that have Tech Docs.

Step by step

The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.

1. Navigate to the DLA RFQs board.
2. Select the Filters option to refine your search.
3. Create a new group by clicking Add Group, then select the Set Aside column and choose the Women-Owned Small Business set-aside option from the drop-down.
4. Add another filter to the group by repeating the same steps, this time select the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business option.
5. Change the grouping type to Or, so RFQs with either set-aside type are shown.
6. Add another global filter by clicking Add Filter: select the Tech Docs option and set the value to False. This excludes RFQs requiring tech docs.
7. Apply the selected filters, you can now see the filtered results.
8. To save your search, click Save As New, set a name for your new view, and click Save. The filtered list is saved as a new view.
