How to find Simple RFQS for DLA/DIBBS - DLA/DIBBS

Overview

In this video, we'll learn how to find RFQs with minimal requirements for DLA DIBBs.

Step by step

The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.

1. Go to the RFQs board and click on the Simple RFQs tab. This is a system view, the system filters and shows you RFQs with minimal requirements.
2. Let’s understand the filters applied to this view: a primary filter with Status equals Open ensures only open records are included.
3. Then there is a grouped filter: Inspection Point equals Destination, Tech Docs equals 0 (unchecked), and ISO Required, JCP Required, FAT Required, PLT Required, and AS Bidding all equal False.
4. Because Simple RFQs is a system view, you can’t change it directly, but you can save it as your own view and customize it.
5. Click the Save button, choose Save As New, give it a name, and create your new view by saving it.
6. Your new view keeps all the Simple RFQs filters as a starting point, and the system now allows you to make changes and save them.
