How to find Fast/Urgent RFQs or AIDC (Longer Term) DLA/DIBBS Contracts - DLA/DIBS

Overview

There are usually 3 types of DLA contracts Fast Auto Evaluation – These are urgent and DLA is looking to award soon Auto Evaluation – These are still one time contracts that go through auto evaluation and auto award process in DIBBs AIDC - Automated Indefinite Delivery Contracts – these are longer term and multi-order contracts. Let’s see how we can easily filter and find these contracts by type in Loocey.

Step by step

1. There are usually three types of DLA contracts: Fast Auto Evaluation (urgent, DLA is looking to award soon), Auto Evaluation (one-time contracts that go through DIBBS’ automated evaluation and award process), and AIDC (automated indefinite delivery contracts, longer-term, multi-order contracts).
2. Go to RFQs. The Type column shows badges for the different contract types, mouse over a type to see its tooltip description.
3. Click on Filters and add a new filter.
4. Select Type with the Equals condition and choose your desired type, for this example, AIDC, then hit Apply.
5. The system filters and shows the AIDC contracts. Mouse over the badges to confirm.
6. To save your search, click the Save button, then Save As New, enter a view name, and save it. Your new view now appears as a tab.
