How to Export All Records from a Table – DLA/DIBBS

Overview

Learn how to export records from Loocey tables and download the data you need for your workflow. Exporting your records makes it easy to save, share, or work with your data outside of Loocey.

This tutorial uses the Bidding Board, but the same process applies to other tables. You’ll see how to export the current page, all records, or a specific range of records, and which tables have export limitations.

Step by step

The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.

1. Go to the Bidding Board, or open whichever table you want to export.
2. In the upper-right corner of the table, click the three-dots menu, then click Export.
3. Current Page Data is selected by default. It exports the records shown on the current page, typically 50 records at a time.
4. Click Export, then open the CSV file on your computer to confirm it contains the records from the current page.
5. To export the entire table, open the export dialog again and select All Data. All records are selected by default. Click Export and open the CSV file when the export is complete.
6. To export only part of the table, adjust the start and end row numbers to choose exactly which records to export, then click Export.
7. The CSV file is saved to your computer, where you can analyze or share the data.
8. The All Data option may not be available for some tables, such as DLA RFQs.
