How to Sort and Save Sort Changes - DLA/DIBBS

Overview

In this video we will show how to Sort and Save Sort Changes in Loocey

Step by step

The walkthrough covered in the video, written out so you can follow along inside Loocey.

1. Go to the DLA RFQs board.
2. Click on Sort and add a new sort: choose the Status column with Ascending.
3. Add another sort by repeating the same step for the columns you want, for example, sort by the Tech Docs column with Descending.
4. Add one more sort: choose the Buyer Code column and set Descending.
5. After finalizing your sorts, click on Apply. You can now see the sorted results.
6. To keep the sorting, click the Save button and choose Save As New View.
7. Set a name for your view and save it, the view opens with your sort order already applied.
