Step by step

1. In the market research section, search and find RFQs with various parameters, including estimated contract price, FSC codes, and the Tech Docs, ISO, and JCP flags.
2. Click an NSN to open the NSN dialog for quick access to NSN history, approved sources, and more, and click an approved source cage code to view company details.
3. Add as many filters as you like and save your searches for quick access, you can save any number of searches with different parameters.
4. Once ready to bid, do a one-click copy of the RFQ to your CRM Bidding Board.
5. The bidding workspace keeps you organized, tracks your bids, and speeds up the bidding process.
6. Open the copied solicitation in detail view: Loocey recognizes the associated suppliers and automatically places them in the Supplier Quotes table, so you can request quotes from all relevant suppliers.
7. Once a supplier is chosen, select it in the Product Details section, most information is pre-filled from the contract.
8. Go to the Service Details section to enter all other costs, including shipping, packaging, and labor.
9. Loocey does all the calculations and shows a summary of your bid price, margin, and profit at the top.
10. Attach relevant documents in the Files section and take notes to track progress on the contract.
11. Once ready, place your bid in DIBBS, change the status to Bid Placed in Loocey, and move on to the next one.
